2008 Spring Registration at

Good Hope Middle School Cafeteria on:

Wednesday, October 3, 2007 from 6:00 – 8:30

and

Thursday, October 18, 2007 from 6:00 – 8:30

Equipment purchase will be available at registration.

Registration Fee : $70 for players in 5th – 8th Grade

................................: $45 for players in 2rd – 4th Grade

Additional $25 per player to cover US LAX Registration Fee

Late Registration begins November 2,2007- $25 Late Fee Applies
